One of our cloud providers is currently experiencing an outage in our South American region. Other regions are unaffected and the service continues to operate normally in those locations. We have identified the issue and have redirected all affected traffic to alternative regions while our provider works on restoring the service. Calls in the affected region were briefly interrupted but are now fully restored to working order.
