Users reported being logged out

Our team has resolved the issue that was causing users to be unexpectedly redirected to the login page when performing various actions within Synergy.

To restore stability, Synergy services were restarted at 12:00 pm AEST. Following the restart, login functionality returned to normal and stability has since been confirmed by affected users.

This issue impacted users between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm AEST. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the problem.

Synergy has been successfully restarted and is now back online.
The restart appears to have resolved the issue that was causing users to experience login problems.
Our teams will continue to closely monitor the platform to ensure stability.

At 12:00 PM AEST / 2PM NZ ST there will be up to 15-20 minutes of downtime for Synergy.
This downtime is required to resolve the log-in issue reported by multiple users today, 06/07/2026.
