Performance Degredation

Performance has returned to normal and this incident is now resolved.
On 31 August, 2026, some customers experienced slower-than-usual platform performance. This was caused by a recent release that increased server load, compounded by higher-than-normal invoicing volumes carrying over from Friday's Azure service disruption.

We have provisioned additional server capacity as an immediate measure, and a fix will be deployed this weekend.

Thank you for your patience while we continue to invest and improve the performance and reliability of Synergy.

At approx 12:30 pm AEST the processing capacity for Synergy was increased, we have since seen a consistent improvement in performance.
Our development team will continue to investigate underlying causes and monitor performance.

We are investigating multiple reports of performance degradation across the Total Synergy production environment (app.totalsynergy.com).
