The incident has been resolved and TrekkPay payment gateway is fully functional again.
We are continuing to investigate what exactly caused this issue and will provide postmortem once the investigation is finished.

Our developers identified the root cause of the issue and already provided a fix for it.
TrekkPay payment gateway is fully functional again allowing payments and refunds to be processed.
