We are aware of an issue with one of our third-party cloud service providers. This is causing the uploading of audio to be slow in the system. We have our team actively working on resolving this with our provider. More information to follow.

The mitigations applied for the UI and API upload endpoints have returned upload speeds to within their normal parameters. Our cloud service provider has identified a potential root cause of the issue, they continue to work to validate this fully.

We have applied a mitigation which has improved upload speeds from the Omny Studio UI, as well as from the Omny Management API. We continue to investigate the root cause with our cloud service provider.
