We are currently investigating an issue where April data is not being reported and that some filters are not displaying properly. More information will follow.

All data for the affected components has now finished processing. Tap Explore as well as Yield-Op Analytics Dashboard (Rill) are now up to date and functioning normally.

Processing of Tap Explore and Forecasting data is continuing. Processing has completed up to April 6th. We are currently processing the remaining 4 days. Our revised estimate for completion is now end of day tomorrow (Friday April 15th 2022).

Please note that in order to speed up processing of data, certain services were temporarily halted in the processing of Yield-Op Analytics Dashboard (Rill). Currently Auctions are delayed by 10 hours and Bids are delayed by 3 hours. Processing is expected to return to normal by end of day tomorrow (Friday April 15th 2022).

We would like to notify our clients of a work around for forecasting/avails (live audio stations using Lwgacy Tap). The invalid data being reprocessed equates to 1/2 of the numbers needed for correct estimates of avails. Clients pulling avails should DOUBLE the number returned by the system. For example, if a query returns 100 000 impressions, 200 000 impressions should be used as an adequate estimate.
Again, this incident only affects clients using Legacy Tap for live stations.

Omny Analytics has now finished processing and data is now displaying properly.
Processing for Tap Explore and forecasting is on going.

Processing is under way for all affected components.
For Forecasting and Tap Explore, we estimate 48-60 hours of processing time.
Omny analytics its still projected to complete its processing by end of day today.

Mitigation efforts are being applied.
Omny analytics data should be reprocessed and displaying correctly by end of day today.
Forecasting requires a very large amount of data to be re-processed. ETA is being evaluated but we are hopeful for the data to be correct in the next 2 days. Note that his issue is only affecting our clients on Legacy Tap and not our clients on New Tap.

Our team continues to troubleshoot the data display for Tap Explore.
Please note that this issue is also affecting Forecasting data as the inventory data is delayed to the forecasting engine. Since Forecasting is a trend of the last 29 days, the effects should be minimal if listenership is consistent with previous weeks.
