Processing of Tap Explore and Forecasting data is continuing. Processing has completed up to April 6th. We are currently processing the remaining 4 days. Our revised estimate for completion is now end of day tomorrow (Friday April 15th 2022).
Please note that in order to speed up processing of data, certain services were temporarily halted in the processing of Yield-Op Analytics Dashboard (Rill). Currently Auctions are delayed by 10 hours and Bids are delayed by 3 hours. Processing is expected to return to normal by end of day tomorrow (Friday April 15th 2022).

We would like to notify our clients of a work around for forecasting/avails (live audio stations using Lwgacy Tap). The invalid data being reprocessed equates to 1/2 of the numbers needed for correct estimates of avails. Clients pulling avails should DOUBLE the number returned by the system. For example, if a query returns 100 000 impressions, 200 000 impressions should be used as an adequate estimate.
Again, this incident only affects clients using Legacy Tap for live stations.

Forecasting requires a very large amount of data to be re-processed. ETA is being evaluated but we are hopeful for the data to be correct in the next 2 days. Note that his issue is only affecting our clients on Legacy Tap and not our clients on New Tap.
