Single-Sign-On login services were restored as of 12:30 UTC earlier today. All login services should be working properly.
We will monitor the situation closely.

We are continuing to investigate this issue, the Single-Sign-On (SSO) service continues to be degraded, rest assured that our technicians are actively working in restoring the service as soon as possible.

Because of the SSO service working intermittently, it causes the Omny Studio Campaign Manager (OCM) to display an error when trying to load the campaign list in the user interface (UI).
