Missing data in the Metrics tool

This incident is considered resolved.

Reprocessing of Log Collection data has been completed. All data should now be displaying in the UI correctly.
Please note that, as previously mentioned, missing Realtime stats data cannot be backfilled.
Our team will be monitoring the situation closely.

Processing of data for Log Collection clients is still under way. Data for Feb 11-12-13 is being processed and verified. Data for Feb 14th onwards should be visible in the UI.
Reprocessing should be complete no later than February 24, 2023.
Once again, this incident only affects Log Collection clients and not streaming and LT clients.

UPDATE: Our team has been able to restore functionality ahead of the completion of the Ashburn maintenance.
Realtime stats should now be displaying properly going forward. As stated previously, historical data cannot be backfilled.
Webcast Metrics stats are currently being reprocessed and will start populating. Reprocessing should be complete no later than February 24, 2023.
Once again, this incident only affects Log Collection clients and not streaming and LT clients.

Please note that this incident is also affecting the Ando Console (Royalty Reporting) which is currently unavailable. It will be back online once the Ashburn Data Center maintenance is completed (February 17th, 2023).

An unforeseen dependancy to hardware undergoing maintenance at our Ashburn data centre has been determined to be the source of the issue. We are sad to report that remediation for this issue is dependant on the completion of this maintenance, currently estimated at end of day on February 17th 2023. As a result, Realtime stats and streaming data will be unavailable during this period. Realtime data will resume once the maintenance is over, but will not be backfilled. Log collected streaming data will be delayed and filled in reverse order beginning with February 17th 2023 (newest data first). All Log Collection Streaming data will be backfilled and expected in the UI no later than February 24.
Please note that this is NOT affecting our LT and streaming clients. Only clients using Log Collection services are affected.
