Targeting on some New Tap flights not being enforced

Our team has deployed a final complete fix. Our monitoring has shown that the fix has worked and all targeting is being correctly applied and taken into account by the rest of the system.
This incidente is considered resolved.

Our team has narrowed down the remaining issue to flight which were copied from another flight with a creative. When this happens, the system has a hard time to take into account the targeting criteria.

The permanent fix was deployed in Production. However, initial monitoring has shown a very small number of flights are still affected by the issue. Our team continues its efforts to search for a global fix.

Forecasting numbers have been reprocessed over the weekend. Our team is applying more permanent fixes today. We will keep these incident open until the permanent fixes are in production.

Reprocessing of forecasting numbers is still under way to account for the flights that were having an issue. We are hopeful to have everything completed by Monday April 3rd.

We have applied a series of corrective measures which has applied targeting correctly on the affected flights. Delivery of these flights should now be according to their targeting criteria.
Having said this, Forecasting reports will not yet show proper numbers for these flights as the data requires reprocessing. This should be completed by mid-day tomorrow.

We have identified an issue affecting New Tap and Forecasting where the Targeting (content, listener and time) is not being enforced correctly in our systems for some flights, affecting delivery and forecasting. The affected flights are delivering without the targeting being enforced.
Our team is currently applying corrective measures to mitigate the issue.
