This incident is considered resolved.
A fix has been applied to our request routing mechanisms at our Paris location. Initial monitoring is showing excellent results as ad requests to Frequency seem to be flowing properly. Ad delivery should now be back to normal for all content delivered through our Paris location.
We will monitor the situation closely.
We have narrowed the issue to be affecting only requests made from our Paris data centre. We are actively engaging with our partner Frequency to isolate the root cause of the issue.
We can now also confirm that Live and On-Demand ad delivery are also being impacted by this incident.

We are currently investigating an issue impacting podcast ad delivery on some of our severs in Europe for flights that are using Frequency Creative Manager.
The issue seems to be intermittent and is not impacting all flights.
