Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue where listeners connected to our Vancouver data centre are not getting their profiles enriched with DMP segment data. This is causing such listeners to not be considered for delivery of flights using DMP segments. More information to come.

The issue was found to be caused by an issue at Amazon Web Services resulting in the enrichment timing out at our Vancouver data centre. Amazon seems to have fixed their network issue and profiles are once again enriching as normal.

We are currently investigating an issue where listeners connected to our Vancouver data centre are not getting their profiles enriched with DMP segment data.
This is causing such listeners to not be considered for delivery of flights using DMP segments.
