We have identified the source of the issue as being a problem with a server-side encoding mechanism that was causing our certain Media Relay servers to disconnect from Media Gateways. This resulted in listeners connected to those servers to lose their connection.
The issue was happening only in Europe on a small number of MediaRelay servers.
We have put in place a stop-gap measure which has restored stability to the affected Media Relay server.
A permanent fix is being developed.
