Outage Details

We have identified an issue with the processing of Truoptik DMP segment data in our East Coast locations. This incident is causing certain segments to be unavailable for profile enrichment. We have redirected profile enrichment for the East Coast to other locations as a stop-gap to minimize the impacts on ad delivery. We are actively working on a permanent solution. A permanent solution has been applied to our East Coast locations. Profile enrichment for Truoptik segments is now back to normal operating parameters.
We will e monitoring the situation closely.
