A final fix was deployed. The exported files are exported correctly and no longer have the added .zip after being extracted.
This incident is considered resolved.
The issue has been identified. A temporary fix has been implemented. However, this fix will cause scheduled saved queries to be sent with a ".zip.csv" extension. Clients should remove the added ".csv" and then uncompress the ZIP file to get their reports.
We are working on a permanent fix.

We are currently investigating an issue where the scheduled saved queries are being sent without a specified format or never reach recipients inbox.
