Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue where several of the Tap UI and reports are showing zero (0) impression data delivered for CPS flights for delivery data for August 1st onwards. This issue is only affecting CPS flights data. Note that this incident is not affecting ad delivery. It is only affecting the visibility of data in the various Tap UI and reports. All affected CPS flight data has been reprocessed successfully. Data should now display correctly for the affected CPS flights.
This incidente is considered resolved.

We are revising the scope of this incident to only a few CPS flight. Most CPS flights should be unaffected.
Our team will apply a similar fix to what was applied last Friday and reprocess the affected data. This process should be completed by end of day tomorrow.

We are currently investigating an issue where several of the Tap UI and reports are showing zero (0) impression data delivered for CPS flights for delivery data for August 1st onwards.
This issue is only affecting CPS flights data.
Note that this incident is not affecting ad delivery. It is only affecting the visibility of data in the various Tap UI and reports.
