This incident is considered resolved.
A fix has been implemented. Users should once again be able to copy Stream Access Control Rules. If an error is still present, please validate if the rule comes in conflict with a previously existing rule.
We will monitor the situation closely.
We are currently investigating a bug in Stream Access Control whereby users are getting an error when trying to copy a rule.
Users are instructed to add their rules manually as a work around.
