Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue with the webphone across all cores that is preventing inbound or outbound calls using that application. None of our other services are affected at this time. While we work to correct this issue you can use the Desktop application in place of the webphone. The Windows version can be found at https://apache.trueipsolutions.com/apache/software/True_Talk_1_5.exe The Mac OS version can be found at https://apache.trueipsolutions.com/apache/software/True_Talk_1_5.pkg We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working diligently to restore webphone service. We have not had any more issues reported with the webphone and all testing has been successful. We have identified the issue with the webphone, specifically it was a validation issue with a downstream host, and we have implemented a fix. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.
