Intermittent Packet Loss Between Servers

The route between the two data centers has been consistently reliable for the couple of hours, with no packet loss or excessive latency. We consider this issue to be resolved at this time, however if you are experiencing any issues please reach out to our support team for assistance.

We have identified the downstream router that was causing the packet loss and rerouted traffic to compensate. All queued data has synced between servers at this time. We will continue to monitor the adjusted route.

We are currently investigating intermittent packet loss (<5%) between the Atlanta, GA and MCNC data centers. So far this only appears to be affecting some realtime data syncing, such as BLF presence or MWI, as well as delays accessing some device profiles from the portal. We are working with the data centers to correct the packet loss as quickly as possible. Please contact support with any issues or concerns.
