Intermittent Issues with SSO on Phone Portal

We are investigating an intermittent issue that is causing the Microsoft and Google SSO links to not load properly on the portal login page. At this time it's only affecting new sign-ons and only on the portal, the True Talk+ application seems to be unaffected. You can still log in with your regular credentials and we are working to restore SSO service as quickly as possible. Phone service is not affected by this issue.

We have identified the issue and pushed a fix to the portal server. SSO should be working again, but if you have any difficulties logging in please ensure you're using https://portal.trueipsolutions.com and try clearing your browser cache. You can also reach out to our support team for assistance, either by phone at (855) 878-8477 or open a ticket at https://support.trueipsolutions.com. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure continued SSO operation and stability.
