We are aware of an issue with TransIT and we are investigating this matter further. Our teams are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide regular updates until the situation is corrected.

This incident was resolved at 1:32 pm MT when a TransIT time-out issue was corrected. Teams will be working on steps for remediation and prevention of future occurrences. There remains to be some additional time-outs on a specific card type but that issue is not within our datacenter. We will continue to monitor that situation with the provider.
