From 12:43 PM PST to 12:59 PM PST, we experienced an issue with our service provider that caused a service interruption with multiple products. The affected products were: Serverless Functions/Assets, Voice Elastic SIP Trunking, Live Streaming, Programmable Video Compositions, Flex/Proxy, Marketplace, Twilio Debugger, Programmable Voice, Programmable Messaging SMS/MMS, Identity/Authy. The issue has been resolved by our service provider. We will continue to monitor for 2 hours to ensure full recovery.
