We are observing recovery with the Twilio Rest API issue impacting multiple Twilio services including Serverless, Studio and Functions, Flex, Messaging, Verify, Programmable Video and Voice. We will be monitoring all services to ensure a full recovery and provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

We are experiencing an issue with the Twilio Rest API, impacting multiple Twilio services including Serverless, Studio and Functions, Flex, Messaging, Verify, Programmable Video and Voice. Our engineering team has identified the issue and is actively working to resolve it. We expect to provide another update in 30 mins or as soon as more information becomes available.
