Beginning at [22:10 UTC], we observed 17% of active data sessions on Super SIM being dropped. After the initial drop we detected two additional session drops after the system has partially recovered. We are still missing ~17% of sessions. We are actively working to identify and resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 2 hours or sooner once more information becomes available.
