After investigation, we could confirm that Flex Insights wasn’t impacted, but Flex Historical Insights. Thus, Historical data reports for Flex Historical Insights that are currently unavailable during the Twilio impacted services may take some time to be available. We will be monitoring all services to ensure a full recovery and provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

Our engineering team identified an issue with Flex Insights that is affecting users being unable to sign in to insights, and data being delayed for those that are already logged in. Customers may also experience issues updating existing functions and assets. Customers may see 500 errors when sign up for TOTP within their accounts. Furthermore, customers are unable to register for WhatsApp and the Authy Desktop App is unable to be dowloaded at the moment. Our engineers are actively working to resolve the issue. We expect to provide another update in 30 mins or as soon as more information becomes available.
