We have fully investigated the elevated 500 errors in multiple Twilio products triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that they're related to the existing StatusPage post at https://status.twilio.com/incidents/rlkycdgx3bj9. We are currently investigating an elevated rate of 500 errors in Proxy, Studio, Flex, Voice, Conversations, Messaging channels as WhatsApp, Facebook and Google conversations. Our engineers are working on the issue, and we will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
