We are observing recovery from the issue causing delayed availability for call records and Voice Intelligence transcript metadata. We will continue to monitor for system stability. We'll provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

We continue to investigate the issue causing delays in call record availability via both the console and REST API. Calls themselves are unaffected. This incident also impacts customers' ability to view a subset of participant metadata in Voice Intelligence transcriptions for Twilio Recordings. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
