We have resolved the issue, and all users should now be able to log into their CWL accounts without the need to reset their password.

Some users may be experiencing issues with logging into services with their Campus Wide Login. UBC IT is continuing to investigate the issue. If you are experiencing issues with logging in with your CWL, please update your password at www.myaccount.ubc.ca, and try logging in again. For further assistance, please contact the UBC IT Service Centre.
The next update is scheduled for 15:45 PT.
