The contact center issue has been resolved as of 21:30 PT Monday evening. Contact centre is now fully operational.

Our technicians will be applying emergency maintenance on our contact centre solution this evening to resolve the problem. The activity will happen outside business hours to minimize disruption to units using contact centre services.

We have also received reports of contact centre agents not being able to login. Currently logged in agents appear to be unaffected. Technicians have identified the potential cause and have engaged our vendor to assist with remediation. No resolution ETA available at this time. Next update at 12:00 PT.
