Some users may experience issues with logging in with CWL to services.
UBC IT technicians are currently investigating the issue.

UBC IT technicians are continuing with recovery and we are monitoring the services.
Services impacted include services using CWL including VPN and wireless networks.
There are currently a large number of requests in queue remaining to be processed. Users who have made changes to their CWL accounts, including password resets, account creation, and access provisioning, will experience delays before those changes take effect.
For password resets, you may continue to use the previous password until it updates.
We will provide further updates at 14:15 PT.

UBC IT technicians have identified the root cause of the authentication issues. Impacted services are recovering and being continually monitored.
Services impacted include services using CWL including VPN and wireless networks.
There are currently a large number of requests in queue remaining to be processed. Users who have made changes to their CWL accounts, including password resets, account creation, and access provisioning, will experience delays before those changes take effect.
For password resets, you may continue to use the previous password until it updates.
