We are currently investigating a connectivity issue affecting some customers in the Canada region who are having connection issues to Orchestrator Cloud. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore full service as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Issue is resolved for now but we think the issue is on the client side . They might have missed whitelisting IPs in some places and this caused the issue. We are working closely with customers and confirm about this.
