Intermittent Failures in Identity API Calls

A memory leak in one of the backend pods led to Out-of-Memory (OOM) exceptions, causing sporadic failures in Identity service requests. The affected pod was identified and terminated and issue is resolved now. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your patience.

Some users may experience intermittent failures when making Identity-related API calls to cloud.uipath.com. We are currently investigating sporadic failures affecting a subset of Identity API requests. Our engineering team is actively working to identify and resolve the root cause.
