Incident Report

Between 18:06 UTC and 19:26 UTC on August 11, 2025, Customers have experienced failures in launching Maestro debug instances and delayed execution for regular instances across all regions. The issue was caused by a feature flag update for throttling, which introduced new JSON keys not recognized by the underlying Limiter implementation. This triggered parsing errors and caused Maestro flows to fail unexpectedly. The issue was resolved by reverting the feature flag at 19:26 UTC, after which service functionality was restored.
