Multiple Regions - Maestro - Null values for Input/Output variables

We are currently investigating an issue affecting Maestro processes that utilize Human-in-the-Loop (Action Center) tasks. After a task is completed, 'Input/Output' variables are incorrectly returning as null. Our engineering team is actively looking into the root cause and we will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
