We are aware of an issue where some users have reset their passwords but the new password is not being recognised when they try to log in.
This is also delaying the creation of some Microsoft accounts.
This has been caused by a problem at Microsoft's end, and we are working to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

We have been advised that this issue has been resolved, however users are likely to experience delays with their passwords syncing due to the the backlog.
