We are aware that some students are unable to access the Bristol Ready Guide and To-do list on the UOB app.

Our supplier is investigating the issue.
If you are affected by this issue please ensure your device is running the latest updates, and that you have sufficient storage space .
After running the updates please log out and back into the app.
As a workaround you should be able to access the service online via your web browser
