Vanta web app loading issues (US region)

The Vanta web app is now stable in all regions.

AWS recovery efforts are still ongoing for the US-East-1 region outage. Our team is still working with AWS and will provide updates as recovery efforts progress.

Customers may continue to see periods of elevated latency and occasional errors until services are fully restored.

We are experiencing degradation from the major outage affecting Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the US-East-1 region. Customer domains hosted in the US region remain degraded and are experiencing slowness and errors across the platform.

Our team is working closely with AWS and continuing efforts to stabilize the platform, but we expect customers to continue seeing periods of elevated latency and increased error rates until services are fully restored.

The Vanta web app is failing to load for a large number of users in the US region. The engineering team is investigating.
