Hosted Exchange Outlook Connection Issue

Update from our Technology Partner:

Our Network Engineering and System Administration teams have been investigating the reports to confirm what additional steps could be taken from our side to improve the connectivity for Outlook Online mode.

In addition to the re-routing of the outbound network connections to bypass the Cogent, our System Administrators have temporarily paused the 2FA services for Outlook Anywhere in EXCH580.

Based on our testing, the connectivity speed had significantly improved. Our teams will continue monitoring the situation until Cogent addresses the network routing issues. We will provide further updates once available.

We have been alerted to an issue for some customers of Hosted Exchange experiencing connection issues with Outlook.

Our technology provider is currently working on the issue to restore connectivity.

Outlook Web Access (OWA) remains operational and we would recommend for users to access their mailbox on the web should they experience any send/receive issues using Outlook.
