Our monitoring systems detected a potential issue with a downstream service provider that affected the Email channel of our Verify API.
Starting at 12:45 UTC, timeouts occurred due to the provider's issue. This only impacted Verify V2 requests using the email channel, causing those requests to return a FAILED status.
The provider has mitigated the issue, and the service has returned to normal operation. We are continuing to monitor the systems closely to ensure ongoing stability.
