Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue that impacted push notifications for Android and iOS Client SDK users. You may have experienced no push notifications or calls not being delivered to In-App users. The push notification services were impacted from 2025-07-14 16:26 UTC until 22:08 UTC Voice API calls not using In-App Voice have not been impacted. We will update this status as soon as we have more information on this issue.
