The connectivity issue affecting Archiving, Broadcast, Captions, and Experience Composer requests in the US-EAST and US-WEST regions between 16:43 UTC and 17:14 UTC has been resolved.
Connectivity is now fully restored, and there is no further impact. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact support@api.vonage.com.
