Vonage is committed to transparency and keeping customers informed about developments that may impact their organizations. The week of August 25, 2025, Vonage, along with many other companies, was notified about a widespread security breach affecting Salesloft Drift customers. As a result of this incident, unauthorized users accessed the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which was integrated with Salesloft Drift. Upon learning of this incident, we disconnected Salesloft Drift, identified the impacted records, and began a detailed review to assess the scope of the data affected. Information that may be affected While this investigation is still ongoing, we have identified, to date, that the information exported by the unauthorized individuals during the incident included some customer contact information, account data, and text from certain customer support cases. What is being done We continue to conduct a thorough review of the exported data. If we determine any affected data requires notification, we will notify impacted customers. What customers should do As a precautionary measure, if you have provided credentials or other sensitive information to our customer support team, we strongly recommend that you change them immediately. The week of August 25, 2025, Vonage, along with many other companies, was notified about a widespread security breach affecting Salesloft Drift customers. As a result of this incident, unauthorized users accessed the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which was integrated with Salesloft Drift.
