We are currently investigating a connectivity issue that impacted the video platform in the EU region between 07:26 UTC and 07:28 UTC on 6 January 2026. During this time, you may have experienced connectivity issues, particularly with archive and broadcast requests, if those requests were routed through the impacted server. The issue has now been fully resolved. All services (Archiving (Standard) and Broadcast (HLS/RTMP)) are restored and operating normally.
