The problem affected only Video Tools while all other Vonage services continued operating normally. The issue was resolved after implementing a fix and monitoring period.
The incident affected the service with Video Tools between 2026-03-04 15:00:00 and 2026-03-05 17:35:00 UTC hours is now resolved.
