Vonage experienced MMS latency issues affecting toll-free number messages sent to T-Mobile recipients, causing delays in outbound MMS delivery and delivery receipts. The issue was caused by problems at Vonage's upstream supplier and affected the carrier routing to T-Mobile networks. The incident was resolved after 2.8 hours once the supplier implemented a fix.
