We are no longer experiencing alerts on the license allocation service and this incident is now resolved. The service is operating normally at this time.

The outstanding license allocation requests has finished processing. The license allocation service is returning to normal operations and we're monitoring to ensure system stability. We'll post our next update in 30 minutes, if not sooner.

We continue to make progress in addressing this issue and have augmented our resources to expedite the processing of outstanding license allocation requests.
