Email Sending Degradation

This incident is fully resolved. All affected systems are now operational. Campaign / Automations email sending can fully resume.

Our downstream email provider has resolved the issue on their end. Any new emails going out through our provider are confirmed to be working as expected and fully functional. (Campaigns, Automations, Surveys, Reservations emails, etc)

We’ve identified another issue causing blank emails to be delivered. We are working to resolve.
We will provide another update shortly as soon as we are stable.

We are currently investigating a reported issue with our downstream email provider, resulting in impact to email previews, campaigns and automations.

We will provide more updates as they become available.
