Investigating - Webex Calling Service Disruption We are currently investigating an issue affecting Webex Calling services. Users are still able to sign in to the Webex application; however, making and receiving phone calls is currently impacted. Affected users may see messages indicating that phone services cannot connect or have been disconnected. The issue has been escalated to the vendor and is currently under investigation. We are awaiting further feedback and guidance from the vendor and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this issue is being investigated.

The issue affecting Webex Calling services has been resolved.

Following vendor intervention and continued monitoring, calling functionality has returned to normal operation. Users should be able to make and receive calls without issue.

If you continue to experience problems, please sign out of the Webex application, sign back in, and restart the application if necessary. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support.

The issue affecting Webex Calling services appears to have been resolved.

Users who were previously impacted and received messages indicating that phone services could not connect or had been disconnected are advised to sign out of the Webex application and sign back in. If you are still experiencing issues, please restart the Webex application and try again.

We continue to monitor the service closely and are awaiting final confirmation from the vendor. At this time, calling functionality appears to be operating normally.
