Starting at 12:06 PM CET on June 22, 2026, Yousign's application v3 stopped receiving real-time events that refresh item statuses on screen, causing completed signatures, approvals, and document workflows to appear with outdated statuses in the interface. All underlying processes, data, and the API remained fully functional throughout — only the visual display was affected. The incident lasted approximately 5 minutes and was resolved, with a browser force-refresh (CTRL+F5) available as a workaround in the interim.

Since 12:06 PM (CET), we have identified an issue affecting the real-time update of element statuses within the application.
All underlying processes are operating normally. Signatures, approvals, and document workflows are being processed and completed correctly. However, the application is not receiving the events that refresh the status of items on screen. As a result, an action that has actually completed - for example, a signature that has been successfully signed - may still appear with its previous status in the interface.
To note: This is a display-only issue. No data is lost and no action is blocked. The actual state of your documents and signatures is correct on our side. API is not affected.
Workaround: To see the up-to-date status, please force a refresh of your browser using CTRL+F5 (or the refresh button in your browser).
Our teams are actively working on a resolution. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
