Zscaler has detected an issue with our Bogota I datacenter. If you’re currently experiencing any traffic impacting issues please failover to your secondary DC. An issue with a third party network provider has been identified and our Operations team is currently working to mitigate the issue. The third party network provider has identified the cause of the outage is related to a fiber cut. We are currently in contact with the provider to determine the estimated time of repair.
