Zscaler is investigating reports of an issue with our Shanghai II, Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin datacenter. The issue was caused by congestion with a third-party ISP. Zscaler is actively collaborating with our transit partners to resolve the issue and restore full accessibility. For more information, please check our FAQ.
